We answer support email within two business days. The fastest way to get a response is to include your device model, OS version, app version, and a description of what you expected vs. what happened.

Manage your subscription

  • iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Mirrorr AI.
  • Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Mirrorr AI.
  • To restore purchases on a new device, open Mirrorr AI → Settings → "Restore purchases".

Delete your account

Inside the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. This erases your on-device transformations, journey progress, and notes.

Common questions

  • My generation failed. Try a clearer, well-lit front-facing photo. If it still fails, email us with the request ID shown on the error screen.
  • The app says I'm out of credits but I just bought some. Tap "Restore purchases" in Settings. If credits don't reappear within a minute, email billing@.
  • Are generated images medical advice? No. They are illustrative previews only. See our Terms.
