These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mirrorr AI app and mirrorrai.com (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Mirrorr AI generates illustrative previews of cosmetic and medical procedures applied to photographs you supply. Generated images are AI approximations and are not medical advice, a clinical prediction, or a guarantee of outcome. Always consult a licensed practitioner before pursuing any procedure.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use the Service.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of photos you upload. You grant Mirrorr AI a limited licence to process those photos solely to provide the Service (i.e., to generate the requested transformation). We do not use your photos to train models.
4. Subscriptions and credits
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the price disclosed at purchase until you cancel through Apple or Google account settings.
- Credit packs are non-refundable except as required by the App Store or Play Store policy or by law.
- Promotional pricing applies only for the period stated at checkout.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload photos of any person without their consent.
- Use the Service to deceive, defame, or harass anyone.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
- Use the Service for medical diagnosis or treatment decisions.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mirrorr AI disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated images may be inaccurate.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the greater of (a) USD $50 or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account, or at mirrorrai.com/delete-account.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dublin, Ireland.
