You can delete your Mirrorr AI account and all data associated with it. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1 — In the app (instant)
- Open Mirrorr AI.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your on-device data (transformations, notes, journey progress) is erased immediately.
Option 2 — By email
If you no longer have the app installed, email privacy@mirrorrai.com from the address tied to your Apple ID or Google Play account, or include your RevenueCat app-user-ID. We will confirm receipt within two business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- All on-device transformations, notes, and journey progress.
- Your RevenueCat app-user record (subscription history is retained by Apple/Google per their policies — we have no control over that).
- Any crash reports tagged to your install ID in Sentry.
What is not deleted
- Subscription transactions retained by Apple or Google for accounting and tax reasons. Cancel renewal in your platform's subscription settings before deleting if you want to stop charges.
- Anonymised aggregate analytics with no link to your identity.
