How to choose a top surgery surgeon
Credentials, questions, and red flags when choosing a top surgery surgeon.
The single biggest predictor of a great top surgery result isn't the technique or the city — it's the surgeon. Take the time to choose well.
Credentials that matter

- What technique would you choose for me, and why?
- What does your scar revision policy look like?
Red flags
- Pressure to book on the same day as your consultation.
- No willingness to discuss complications or revisions.
- Heavily filtered before/after photos with inconsistent lighting.
- Operating in a non-accredited facility.
- Unwillingness to put quotes and consents in writing.
