This Privacy Policy explains how Mirrorr AI ("Mirrorr AI", "we", "us") handles information when you use the Mirrorr AI mobile application (the "App") and the website at mirrorrai.com (the "Site"). It is written to satisfy the App Store and Google Play data-disclosure requirements as well as GDPR and CCPA.
1. What we collect
- Photos you upload. When you generate a transformation, the source photo is sent to our third-party image-generation providers (Google Gemini and the Rork toolkit) for processing. We do not retain the source photo on our servers; the generated result is stored only on your device.
- Purchase records. Subscription and credit purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Billing). We use RevenueCat to verify entitlements; RevenueCat receives an anonymous app-install identifier and the transaction receipt — never your payment details.
- Device information. Push-notification token (if you opt in), operating system, app version, and crash diagnostics.
- Account data. If you sign in with Apple, we store the opaque user identifier Apple returns. We do not receive your email unless you choose to share it.
2. What we do not collect
- We do not collect location data.
- We do not sell or rent personal data to advertisers.
- We do not use cross-app tracking. Mirrorr AI does not request the iOS App Tracking Transparency permission.
3. Third-party processors
- Google Gemini — image generation. policies.google.com/privacy
- Rork toolkit — image editing. rork.com/privacy
- RevenueCat — subscription entitlement. revenuecat.com/privacy
- Sentry — crash and error reporting (no photos transmitted).
- Apple / Google — billing, push notification delivery.
4. Data retention & deletion
Your transformations, notes, and journey progress live on your device only. You can erase all of it from inside the App: Settings → Account → Delete account. You can also request deletion from the web at mirrorrai.com/delete-account. We honour deletion requests within 30 days.
5. Children
Mirrorr AI is not directed to children under 17. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has used the App, contact privacy@mirrorrai.com.
6. Your rights
EU/UK residents have the right to access, correct, port, and erase personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California residents have the analogous rights under the CCPA. To exercise either, email privacy@mirrorrai.com.
7. Changes
We will post material changes here and update the date at the top. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
